- Laboratory relocation project
- Construction in 2024
- To support our client's relocation of their laboratory to a new building, our company was deeply involved from the planning stage. We assisted in confirming the reserved locations for water and electricity, ventilation duct spaces, rooftop air conditioning units, and exhaust filtration equipment.
The scope of work included partition construction, electrical and plumbing system installation, air conditioning system installation, ventilation system design, gas pipeline installation, UPS power supply configuration, and laboratory equipment relocation. Simultaneously, we also handled the relocation of offices and instruments. Through meticulous project scheduling and close coordination among various work teams, we successfully ensured the project was completed on time.
To minimize laboratory downtime, we prioritized the relocation and positioning of laboratory benches and equipment. Subsequently, flexible exhaust hoods were installed according to the layout of the lab benches. To ensure the efficiency of fume hood exhaust, we used anemometers to measure the airflow velocity at six points around each exhaust opening. The electrical system underwent voltage testing upon completion of installation, and the gas pipeline was subjected to a 24-hour pressure test to rigorously ensure system safety and stable laboratory operation.
