  • This project involved the relocation of a facility for one of our long-standing clients. From the initial planning stages, our company was deeply involved to meet the client's diverse laboratory and office requirements. By integrating our expertise, we streamlined the engineering interface, effectively reducing coordination time and precisely allocating resources to help the client maximize budget efficiency.

    The project scope encompassed foundation work (masonry, plumbing), new air conditioning system installation, laboratory ventilation system construction, installation of laboratory and office furniture and equipment, fire safety system planning, network and low-voltage electrical engineering, lighting system design, and partition construction. Considering the existing facility conditions and laboratory operation procedures, we customized the laboratory bench configuration and optimized the placement of existing equipment to improve laboratory workflow and enhance work efficiency.

    Throughout the construction process, we maintained close communication with various departments of the client to ensure meticulous coordination of all details and the smooth progress of the project. Ultimately, we delivered a project that exceeded our client's expectations. To fully document this project, we engaged a professional photographer to capture the construction process, resulting in a valuable record.
