  • This project involved the planning and construction of a new office, including a laboratory, for a system integration services company. Our company, with its expertise in both laboratory and office design, utilized precise 3D modeling to provide the client with a clear visualization of the final outcome before construction commenced.

    The scope of work encompassed demolition, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, new air conditioning system installation and existing system renovation, laboratory ventilation system construction, installation of laboratory and office furniture, fire protection system planning, network and low-voltage electrical engineering, lighting system design, and lightweight partition construction. Throughout the construction process, we maintained close communication with various departments of the client to ensure meticulous coordination of all details, ultimately delivering a project that exceeded our client's expectations. To fully document this project, we engaged a professional photographer to capture the construction process, resulting in a valuable record.
